Service Description
Hit the water your way. Our Seadoo jet skis puts you in control of Lake Austin — just you, your passenger, and the open water. Each jet ski fits up to 2 riders (360 lb max for stability), and every rental comes with a safety orientation, life jackets, and staff on-site to get you going. We launch right from the Loop 360 Boat Ramp. Reservations fill up fast — book your slot now.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY: To get a full refund of your payment, the cancellation must be done at least seven days prior to your reservation date. If cancellation occurs between 7 days to 48 hours before the reservation time, 50% of the payment will be withheld. If cancellations occur within 48 hours, only store credit for rescheduling will be granted. Day-of cancellations and any no-call/no-show guests will lose their entire payment and no longer have the choice to reschedule. (There's a 4% transaction fee on all payments, which is non-refundable.) WEATHER POLICY: Heavy rain or lightning will cause a cancellation. You do have the option of continuing if it's raining as long as there is no lightning. Light scattered rain will not be considered for cancellation since you will already be getting wet riding jet skis. We will use the predicted forecast two hours before the start time of your charter as consideration for cancellation. Reservations that are made day of are responsible for checking the weather forecast before booking. If a day of reservation is made and then cancelled due to weather, accounts will only be credited for a reschedule. Bookings that have been made 24hrs+ in advance that have been canceled due to weather will have the choice to be rescheduled or refunded, minus the 4% non-refundable transaction fees.
